PAB organised and delivered an excellent, highly insightful and informative cross-cultural workshop. The participants consisted of a mixed group from a variety of sectors and the feedback I received from them was great.

I feel like the quality of the content was great, it covered everything we might be facing, including things like culture that nobody would probably even think about facing some issues.

The reason for us seeking this expert support was that we had identified clear demand from our members, they understood the business opportunity through trading internationally, but didn’t necessarily fully understand how good international business communication practices help intricate business dealing and how bad communication practices can cause loss of business.
