PAB organised and delivered an excellent, highly insightful and informative cross-cultural workshop. The participants consisted of a mixed group from a variety of sectors and the feedback I received from them was great.

Everyone participated fully and in a half-day workshop engaged in break out groups that came up with solutions to intercultural challenges in their organisations and sectors. Hopefully to be repeated!

The reason for us seeking this expert support was that we had identified clear demand from our members, they understood the business opportunity through trading internationally, but didn’t necessarily fully understand how good international business communication practices help intricate business dealing and how bad communication practices can cause loss of business.

These sessions clearly illustrated that communication is intricately blended with non-verbal communication and etiquette and the skills provided by attending these sessions can provide real competitive advantage.
